Your Relationship to Your Home
"Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the
way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what
is good. Then they can train the younger women to love their husbands and
children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind,
and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God.
(Titus 2:3-5)"
God's Word teaches that women should be taught how to be
keepers of their homes.
Many women these days feel like they're being
pulled in twenty different directions, as they try to be good Christians, good
wives, good mothers, keep their houses and help with finances by working.
Studies are beginning to show that women are suffering many health problems
because they "try to do it all."
I firmly believe that as women
return to the biblical priority of their homes, as opposed to careers, they will
find new peace, rest and fulfillment. See our articles for more on this subject, and enjoy the web sites listed below for more
encouragement.
