Get Healthy

By now, your family life is starting to shape up nicely.  Health is nowhere near as important of a priority as your relationship to God or your husband.  However, when you and your loved ones are feeling well, it is easier to have a happy home.

When I talk about health, I am NOT talking about losing weight or going on a fad diet.  Instead, since your kitchen is clean and organized, I'd like you to learn to cook healthy, wholesome meals for your family.  This takes time, so be sure you've scheduled as much as you need.

First, let's talk about what you should and shouldn't eat.

What to Eat

What Not to Eat

Finally, you need a good cookbook in your home.  It's fun to collect cookbooks, but if I had only one, I would want it to be this one.  Not only is it a cookbook, but it's a huge education in itself on proper nutrition.  So, please add this book to your "reading list."
